Penh Lenh, meaning “whole,” is a women-led jewelry brand built by a team of artisans who are redefining what it means to create with purpose. From our studio in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, we design and handcraft jewelry that celebrates craftsmanship, collaboration, and the power of women working together.
Each piece of jewelry is made using either high quality 14k Gold-filled material, natural semi-precious or precious gemstones. We also have a collection of Fine Jewelry made using 14k Solid Gold, and natural Gemstones and Diamonds. We design with intention, create with care, and lead with love, for people and the planet.
What we make is jewelry. What we’re building is community. One where women uplift one another, value creativity, and where ethical production is a standard, not a selling point. Our work is a reflection of the hands that make it — strong, skilled, full of heart and oh so stunning.
ABOUT THE OWNERS
In 2013, Penh Lenh founder Rachel Dodson left her job as a modeling agent in New York City to pursue a more meaningful path in ethical fashion. Her journey led her to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where she saw firsthand the need for self-sustaining, dignified jobs that offer real opportunities for women to grow.
Srey Mao, born and raised in Kratie, Cambodia, moved to Phnom Penh at 16 to study cosmetology. She went on to co-own a salon, building her career through skill, resilience, and ambition.
When Rachel and Srey Mao crossed paths, they quickly discovered a shared vision: to create a business that empowers women and proves that ethical production can be both beautiful and sustainable. With that, Penh Lenh was born.
What started as a small idea between two women has since grown into an internationally recognized jewelry brand, led by a dedicated team of women creating and building with heart, beauty, and purpose.
